Now in its fifteenth year, Cars on 5th has burgeoned into one of Florida’s premier car shows. Whether you’re interested in Bentleys or primarily Porsches, there’s something for you among the nearly 600 pristine automobiles that will be on display at Cars on 5th.
Porsche will be entering the EV market with the same zeal that drives the company to keep pushing its 911, Cayman and Boxster sports cars to new performance levels. And even before the first Taycans reach customers later this year, Porsche confirmed plans to double production to 40,000 cars per year.

Worldwide Auctions gets rolling on Jan. 16 at 5 p.m., a sale highlighted by a selection that includes numerous pre-WWII beauties. The headliner is a 1925 Bugatti Type 35A Grand Prix with a documented history, including racing in period by Bugatti concessionaire, Jean Ollivier. It’s expected to fetch $1.9m-$2.4m.
Instead of China, RM Sotheby’s is celebrating their 20th anniversary with an auction of over 100 investment-grade automobiles. Their docket ranges from a tractor made by Porsche to a 2017 Ferrari F12tdf.
At its Scottsdale auction this month, RM Sotheby’s will offer a 1985 Ferrari 288 GTO originally sold in the U.S. but rarely driven. The car shows less than 2,900 miles after passing through the hands of several collectors. The pre-sale estimate is $3.2m-$3.6m.
Bonhams returns to the Westin Kierland Resort for the eighth year in a row, bringing with it the usual array of pristine classics and untouched exotics. Last year, over 25 million dollars changed hands in just a few hours.
