Gooding & Company will offer a 7,600-mile 1990 Countach 25th Anniversary Edition at its Scottsdale auction this month, with a pre-sale estimate of $275,000 – $350,000.
The Gooding & Company Scottsdale auction in January will offer a 1973 911 T Targa, one of 1,300 made for the U.S., with 21,000 documented original miles. Offered with no reserve, the car has a pre-sale estimate of $130k-$160k.
Eight-figure prices for Ferraris are usually associated with Monterey or Scottsdale auctions, but the second-highest auction price for 2018, $22,000,500, went for a 1956 Ferrari 290 MM at the RM Sotheby’s Petersen Museum auction in December.
Nissan U.S.A. brought the GTR-50 prototype here for Monterey Car Week festivities, and company spokesman Josh Clifton told Premier, “The response was really positive, so it’s possible that at least one GT-R50 will find a home in the U.S.”
