New Place, All Porsche
The Porsche Werks Reunion has been a highlight of Monterey for the last three years. Now, this Porsche Club of America sponsored event is setting up shop in Florida for the Amelia Island Concours weekend, and it’s bringing over 600 Porsches with it. The event is free to spectators and showcases the best of the German marque’s 86 year tenure. This Werks Reunion honors the 20th anniversary of the Boxster, a celebration made more salient by the recent release of the 718 Boxster and Cayman.

The beautiful Omni Amelia Island Resort will be lined with model-specific car corrals for PCA members and entrants to show their prized possessions. All of the attention also brings Porsche and their dealers together to showcase the marque’s latest offerings. The centerpiece of the evening is a Concours D’elegance for the rare, unique, and historic. Expect to see everything from world-beating racecars to earnest, unrestored classics. Unlike the Porsche Parade competition that seeks to crown the cleanest, most perfect car, this casual concours awards Porsches for their character and candor. In all, the Werks Reunion is a gathering for Porschephiles and car enthusiasts to bond over a love of Stuttgart’s finest.
