Taking place on the grounds of the nation’s oldest continuously active foxhunt, this nationally-recognized concours has undeniable class. Now in its 20th year, this weekend’s event will be bigger and better curated than ever. It features over 100 distinguished automobiles and motorbikes. The Radnor Hunt Concours is celebrating this anniversary with Lancia as the featured marque. In addition, the Mercedes-Benz 300SL as the featured model. Lastly, a special display of its past concours winners.
Saturday kicks off with a brief rally through the pastoral Chester County countryside. This laid back rally is open to all entrants and spectators, with classes for classics as well as modern sporting cars. An impromptu Cars & Coffee will set up as the rally departs and welcome their return with a display of fine local cars.
The vintage cars displayed during Sunday’s Concours d’Elegance will be complimented by the New Car Paddock, a display of the latest offerings from the likes of Bentley, Maserati, McLaren, and Porsche. Running concurrently with the concours will be The MotorSport Park – a full-on car show featuring scores of independently entered vehicles, from classic European sports cars to American muscle.
With a rally, car show, and high-end venue for the finest new and vintage automobiles, the Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance belongs on every enthusiast’s fall schedule. In addition, all proceeds from the event go to the nearby Thorncroft Equestrian Center.
